At The Twinkling Grove, each item is prepared with care, often in small batches or made to order. Because of the nature of our products, please read the policy below carefully.

Tea & Consumable Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on teas or consumable items once they have been opened or delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will do our best to make it right.

Gift Sets & Non-Consumable Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and packaging

We may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom orders, event favours, and personalised items are not refundable or returnable, unless there is an error on our part.

Please double-check all custom details before confirming your order.

Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been prepared or dispatched.

Once an order is in preparation or has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
