We usually reply within 1–2 working days. If the Grove is a little busy (launch days, pop-ups), it may take a touch longer, but we will always return your message.
Orders are typically packed and sent within 2–4 working days. Once your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking update.
If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we’ll do our best to help. Please message us as soon as you can, so we can catch it in time.
Send us a message within 48 hours of receiving your parcel, along with a photo. We’ll sort it out gently and fairly.
